BREAKING NEWS

InfoWars reports that the US army is to enforce a huge security perimeter around the upcoming North American Union meeting in Canada this August as well as cracking down on expected protests, having already shut down a public forum due to take place close to the event.

"It is deplorable that we are being prevented from bringing together a panel of writers, academics and parliamentarians to share their concerns about the Security and Prosperity Partnership with Canadians,” said Brent Patterson, director of organizing with the Council of Canadians. “Meanwhile, six kilometres away, corporate leaders from the United States, Mexico and Canada will have unimpeded access to our political leaders."

Announcer reports: The SPP/NAU is coming.... the SPP/NAU is coming... the SPP/NAU is coming.

Citizen asks: Uh, what's the SPP/NAU?

And should we have a SPP/NAU?

Answer: NO we don't need a NAU = North American Union or a SPP = Security and Prosperity Partnership.

Question: Was the establishment of working groups pursuant to the Security and Prosperity Partnership something the Executive branch can just do?

We don't think so and neither does the House!

In a historic, first vote to restrict funding for the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America, the House overwhelmingly approved an amendment "prohibiting the use of funds to participate in a working group pursuant to the Security and Prosperity Partnership."

Dear Laptop Leader,

This week a history making vote took place in the House.

The House voted overwhelmingly to approve Rep. Duncan Hunter's (R-Calif.) amendment to prohibit any funds appropriated by the Transportation and Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act of 2008 from being used for U.S. participation in SPP working groups. This was for H.R. 3074 (Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2008).

To add insult to injury, Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) introduced an amendment to H.R. 3093 (Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2008), stating "None of the funds in this Act shall be made available for the Security and Prosperity Partnership."

This wipes out any mullah, err, money for SPP working groups at the Commerce Department. Unless of course the Commerce Department ignores Congress!

Earlier this year, talk show host Michael Medved said the North American Union was a hoax and didn't exists. What if Laptop members ran around America yelling Micheal Medved is a hoax... it wouldn't change the reality of the situation!

Sticks and stones may break bones, but calling government plots to integrate 3 nations a hoax by one of the most listened to talk show host in America, now that's a hoax!

Does the North American Union exist?

Eighteen (18) states have passed resolutions asking Congress to block the NAU! Is that a hoax?

The Commerce Department within the Executive branch is working hand in hand on numerous issues, calling it the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America! Is that a hoax?

The REAL ID Act wants to brand every Citizen a number - forcing all States to ID everyone - friend and foe. Is this a hoax?

The North American Union, the SPP and the REAL ID all go together! These must be all hoaxes?

Yet, the Southern Poverty Law Center, you know that anti-American communist spouting organization, is ridiculing those organizations and people who are warning about the emerging "North American Union."

And yet Congress acts on it.

This can't be a hoax! Or can it?

The John Birch Society writes that the "North American Union is being constructed right in front of our eyes through the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)/Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) process."

Stop the North American Union states:
Bilingualism is the antithesis of our national motto: E Pluribus Unum: Out of many, ONE! Former Colorado Governor Richard Lamm said it best: "History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. (1) Societies [that] are bilingual [become] two competing and nation-dividing languages."(2)

A nation is much more than a place on a map. It is a state of mind, a shared vision, and a recognition that we are all is this together . . . [and] one indispensable element must be that we all speak one common language.(2)

The illegal amnesty offer is one piece of the NAU/SPP puzzle! We stopped the Amnesty card, now let's stop the NAU/SPP card!

Article 2, section 2, clause 2 says He (President) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;

Was this done for the NAU and SPP?

Of course not.

You stopped Amnesty.. now stop the North American Union!

That's why I am asking you to join me now by sending your ActiFax Blast to every Republican member of the Senate letting them know: NO NAU and NO SPP! It stops today! Right here, right now!

No borders the name
Integrations the game!

That other hoax proponent, Jerome Corsi, wrote that Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett endorsed a document described as "The Declaration of North American Integration" represents a long-term effort by local governments to bypass state and federal governments and work directly with Mexico and Canada to create agreements that integrate the continent below the radar screen, charges an activist. Adam Rott, founder of watchdog blog Oklahoma Corridor Watch, brought to light the document signed by Mayor Mick Cornett.

Oklahoma Republican state Sen. Randy Brogdon told WND he believes "the ramifications of what Oklahoma City Mayor Cornett is doing is to destroy U.S. national sovereignty and to grab property like we have never seen before."

Even some Democrats are getting it.

Rep. Steve Kagen, who was elected to the House last November from the 8th District of Wisconsin wrote recently:
Every nation has the right to enforce its borders, because a nation ceases to exist when it cannot define and control its borders….

Our borders have been rapidly disappearing, starting with the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement. But it doesn’t have to be this way….

Several recent presidents sold us a policy of "invisible borders" — a fool’s gold policy that erased our borders with Canada and Mexico, and what followed was not only the disappearance of our borders, but our jobs as well.

This unacceptable sales job even has a name — the North American Union, which would guarantee the end of the United States of America. I’m absolutely opposed to it.
Even the CFR - yes that Council on Foreign Relations Group is seeing th light as the CFR’s Foreign Affairs magazine recently published, "A New Deal for Globalization," in its July/August 2007 issue, which stated:

Over the last several years, a striking new feature of the U.S. economy has emerged: real income growth has been extremely skewed, with relatively few high earners doing well while incomes for most workers have stagnated or, in many cases, fallen…. Public support for engagement with the world economy is strongly linked to labor-market performance, and for most workers labor-market performance has been poor….

We can stop this forced integration just like we stopped Amnesty!
